Agreement search that reads the clause, not the keyword
Looking for agreements that pay more than 25% casual loading now returns agreements that actually do - read from the clause text, with the figure and the sentence it came from.
What it does
"More than 25% casual loading" is a test, not a phrase. The agreements that satisfy it mostly do not use those words, and plenty that use those words pay less.
Frank pulls the ask apart - the subject, the test, and the filters - then reads the candidates' own clauses and evaluates the test against the figures it finds. A multiplier is converted to a loading; penalty rates are never mistaken for one; a conditional rate is marked as conditional.
What changes for you
The list answers the question. Every row shows the figure Frank read and the sentence it read it from, so you can check it in one glance.
It says when it cannot tell. Agreements whose clauses could not be read are counted and named as unread, so a short list is never mistaken for a complete one.
Refinements keep the search. "Make those non-union" or "only ones approved in 2026" narrows the same search rather than starting a new one.
