Document storage you can see, sort and clear

What it does

A storage measure sits at the top of the Files tab: what you are using, against your plan's 50 MB, measured from the store itself.

Every row now shows its size, and a Largest first toggle puts the heaviest documents at the top - which is what you actually want when you are trying to free space.

Select any number of documents and remove them together. The confirm names what goes and how much it frees.

What changes for you

You can see where you stand. The measure moves as you add and remove, so freeing room is something you can watch rather than guess at.

You are told before you run out. Past 80% the measure says so, and an upload that would take you over is stopped with the figures in front of you and a way to clear room.

The same file twice is caught. If a document with that name is already in your storage, Frank offers you the copy you already have instead of taking the space twice.
