Meet Frank, Your Conversational AI Companion

Frank is more than a bot—he’s a friendly AI advisor trained on Australia’s HR, IR, ER and Safety laws. Think of Frank as your in-chat sparring partner: tell him your challenge, he’ll ask questions, guide you through the rules, and point you toward solutions.

Pro Tip: Start with “Hey Frank…” or “Hi Frank…” and include a bit of context about your business, your goals, and any details you know (Award names, employee roles, dates). The clearer your question, the richer his answer.


How to Get the Best from Frank

  • Greet Frank – “Hey Frank…” helps set a conversational tone.
