Frank knows what your document is before you tell it
A Commission form, an agreement, a contract, an email chain: Frank identifies the document from the document, and answers in the right area of law.
What it does
"Review the attached" says nothing about the subject, so Frank takes the subject from the document itself: the form number on its head, or the part of the Fair Work Act its sections sit in.
A Form F8 is a general protections dismissal application, so the answer is given with general protections law and the decisions that bear on it. A Form F2 is an unfair dismissal application. An email chain that names no matter is held under the matter its companions name.
Frank also holds the Commission's forms register, so an F8A, an F53 or an F72 is named correctly when you or your documents refer to it.
What changes for you
A review comes back with the right law. Not the statute book in general, but the provisions and decisions for that kind of matter.
Documents carry their real names. Whatever the file was called when it left your computer, it is listed as what it is: "Form F8 – General protections dismissal application".
Scans and photographs count. A photographed form or a screenshot of a message thread is read, quoted and cited like any other document.
